We get it — nobody likes to talk about returns. But here at Bumbé Beauty, we take hygiene and skin health seriously — and that means keeping every product and tool 100 % fresh, clean, and never-reshelved. For that reason, we maintain a strict “All Sales Final” policy.

All purchases made through bumbebeauty.com are considered final sale. Due to the intimate nature of our skincare and body-care products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
✨ If Something Arrives Wrong or Damaged
We want you to love what arrives. If your item shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello[a]bumbebeauty.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit — at our discretion.
📦 Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, email us immediately at hello[a]bumbebeauty.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
